When books came out written by Bill and Hillary Clinton, Ted Kennedy, Joe Biden and Barack Obama, the Associated Press didn't check any of them for accuracies.
When the AP got an advance copy of Sarah Palin's new book, they assigned 11 people to a team whose goal it was to fact-check all 432 pages.
I always thought of myself as part of "the media." Don't think of me that way any longer.
